若人用此法門，加持淨土作塔。又復書此總持，安在塔內，香華供養，延於壽命，及增智慧。若人於此塔前倍興供養，日日誦持滿八百遍，發自利利他平等之心，如是依法消除八難。是人命終，不生地獄、畜生、焰摩羅界，如蛇蛻皮，即生極樂，獲大果報，受勝妙樂。

If someone uses this Dharma-gate to empower pure earth to build a stūpa, and writes out this dhāraṇī to place inside the stūpa, offering incense and flowers, their lifespan will be lengthened, and their wisdom will increase. If someone redoubles their offerings before this stūpa and daily recites and upholds it a full eight hundred times, generating an impartial mind of benefiting oneself and others, by acting in accordance with the Dharma in this way, the eight difficulties will be eliminated. When this person dies, they will not be born in the hells, animal realm, or the realm of Yama; shedding their body like a snake sloughing its skin, they will immediately be born in the Land of Ultimate Bliss, obtain a great reward, and enjoy supreme and wondrous bliss.
