如是真言大悲心觀觀世音，如法受持，應善修行者，能害過現重罪，一切垢障盡皆消滅。當得一切諸佛菩薩、天仙龍神悉皆歡喜。當捨命後，往於西方極樂國土，住極喜地，蓮華化生。

If one upholds according to the Dharma and properly cultivates this mantra of the Great Compassionate Mind Contemplation Avalokiteśvara, it can destroy grave sins of past and present, and all defilements and hindrances will be completely eradicated. All Buddhas, bodhisattvas, devas, ṛṣis, nāgas, and spirits will certainly be filled with joy. Upon relinquishing life, one will go to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, abide in the Stage of Utmost Joy, and be born by transformation in a lotus flower.
