右法見大藏圖字函，詳其文非佛說，又不載菩薩所造，而是鳩摩羅什所譯，必西竺教典之類也。今錄於此，願資思修云爾。

The above method is found in the letter-case Tu of the Great Canon. Examining its text, it was not spoken by the Buddha, nor does it record a bodhisattva as its author; rather, it was translated by Kumārajīva, so it must be of the class of Indian canonical texts. It is now recorded here in the hope that it will assist contemplation and cultivation.
