普勸道友曰：念阿彌陀佛，或百聲千聲乃至萬聲，迴願往生西方淨土。各於日下，以十字記之。念佛之時，一心專注，不得異緣。常念娑婆眾苦、五濁煎熬。況乎一失人身，何時可復？幸諸道友，終始精勤。寶蓮華中，決定見佛。

A universal exhortation to companions on the path: Be mindful of Amitābha Buddha, a hundred recitations, a thousand recitations, even ten thousand recitations, dedicating the vow to rebirth in the Western Pure Land. Each day below, record it with the character 'ten'. When practicing buddha-mindfulness, focus single-mindedly without extraneous conditions. Constantly reflect on the many sufferings of Sahā and the torments of the five turbidities. Furthermore, once the human body is lost, when can it ever be regained? May all companions on the path remain diligent from beginning to end. Amidst the jewelled lotus flowers, you will definitely see the Buddha.
