見已閉目開目間，皆令明了心堅住。

Sitting upright facing west, visualize the solar disc, / Seeing the sun about to set like a suspended drum; / Having seen it, whether closing or opening the eyes, / Cause it to be clearly distinct and the mind firmly settled.
