漸漸鷄皮鶴髮，看看行步躘蹱，
假饒金玉滿堂，誰免衰殘老病？
任汝千般快樂，無常終是到來，
唯有徑路修行，但念阿彌陀佛。

Gradually skin turns like a chicken's and hair like a crane's;
Look, the steps become stumbling and frail!
Even if gold and jade fill one's hall,
Who can escape decay, decline, old age, and sickness?
Indulge in a thousand kinds of pleasure as you will,
Impermanence will ultimately arrive in the end.
There is only practicing via the direct path:
Simply be mindful of Amitābha Buddha.
