延慶圓辨法師有唯心淨土說，已刻前錄。今於《寶珠集》又得其要曰：唯心淨土，一而已矣。良由彌陀悟我心之寶剎、我心具彌陀之樂邦，雖遠而近不離一念、雖近而遠過十萬億剎。譬如青天皓月，影臨眾水，水不上升、月不下降，水月一際自然照映者也。

Dharma Master Yuanbian of Yanqing had an exposition on the mind-only Pure Land, which has already been carved in the preceding collection. Now, its essential points are also found in the Collection of Precious Pearls, which says: The mind-only Pure Land is simply one and that is all. It is truly because Amitābha is enlightened to the precious realm of my own mind, and my own mind is replete with Amitābha's Land of Bliss. Though distant, it is near, not departing from a single thought; though near, it is distant, passing beyond hundreds of thousands of koṭis of lands. For example, when the bright moon in the blue sky casts its reflection upon the myriad waters, the water does not ascend, nor does the moon descend; the water and the moon are at one boundary, naturally illuminating and reflecting each other.
