延祐三年歲次丙辰中秋日，同修淨土信士、奉訓大夫前江淮守處財賦都總府副總官古壽呂師說，書于潯陽寓舍之信堂。

On the Mid-Autumn Day of the bingchen year, the third year of the Yanyou reign era, inscribed by Lü Shishuo, of ancient longevity, a fellow faithful cultivator of the Pure Land, Grand Master of Palace Counsel, and former Vice General Administrator of the General Administration of Revenue in Jianghuai and Shouchu, at the Hall of Faith in his temporary lodgings at Xunyang.
