12.25

上來誦經持呪禮懺念佛功德，普為眾生一心歸命正趣，迴向西方極樂世界阿彌願海。仰冀世尊以大願輪慈誓攝受，令我三業善根增進，於此惡趣速盡報緣，一切生因畢竟永斷。臨命終時正念往生，見佛了心，環度一切。我業障罪悉皆懺悔，願垂接引，隨佛同歸。護佛法神普及恩有，俱蒙利樂悉展威靈，於三昧中共垂衛護。願佛慈悲哀憐攝受。十方三世云云。

The merit from chanting sūtras, holding dhāraṇīs, prostrating in repentance, and reciting the Buddha's name performed above, is universally dedicated on behalf of sentient beings, single-mindedly taking refuge and proceeding directly, dedicated to the ocean of vows of Amitā[bha] in Sukhāvatī in the west. We respectfully hope that the World-Honoured One, through the wheel of great vows and compassionate pledge, will embrace us, causing our good roots in the three karmas to progress, and in this evil realm quickly exhaust the conditions of retribution, and cut off forever all causes of rebirth. When life is about to end, may we attain rebirth in right mindfulness, see the Buddha and comprehend the mind, and deliver all around us. All the sins of my karmic obstacles are repented; I pray you deign to welcome and guide, so I follow the Buddha to return together. May the Dharma-protecting deities, extending to all indebted sentient beings, all receive benefit and joy, display their awesome spirit, and jointly bestow protection in samādhi. May the Buddha, in great compassion and pity, embrace us. Ten directions, three periods of time, and so on.
