4.32

「弟子某，謹為此南閻浮提今日所殺所食之眾生，念誦南無西方極樂世界三十六萬億一十一萬九千五百同名同號阿彌陀佛聖號一百二十遍。仰惟如來大慈大悲，以某念誦如來名號一聲，一如來度一眾生。盡其念誦之數亦復如是，盡度生極樂世界。」禮拜。

"Disciple [so-and-so], on behalf of the sentient beings killed and eaten today in this Jambudvīpa, respectfully recites the holy title 'Namo to the thirty-six trillion, one hundred and nineteen thousand, five hundred Amitābha Buddhas of identical name and title in the Western Sukhāvatī' one hundred and twenty times. I reverently reflect that the Tathāgata, with Great Kindness and Great Compassion, for each utterance of the Tathāgata's name recited by me, will have one Tathāgata deliver one sentient being. Throughout the full count of this recitation it shall likewise be so, delivering them all to be born in Sukhāvatī." [Make] prostrations.
