1.30

問曰：世網中人隨量指授微細方法，靡不詳明矣。然則我輩世外之人，又當何以加其工焉？答曰：前不云乎，修有多類，攝成三門。如是三門門門可入，或單或兼，隨意之所取耳。

Question: "Detailed methods adapted to the capacities of people caught in the worldly net have all been explained clearly. But then, for those of us who have left the world, what additional effort should we apply?"

Answer: "Did I not state earlier that practice has many categories, subsumed under three gates? As for these three gates, every single gate may be entered; one may take them singly or combine them, just as one pleases."
