時大德九年乙巳彌陀示相日，江州廬山東林禪寺白蓮宗善法堂主僧優曇普度齋沐謹題。

On the day of Amitābha's manifestation of marks, the *yisi* year, the ninth year of Dade [1305], respectfully inscribed after fasting and bathing by the host monk of the Shanfa Hall of the White Lotus School, Donglin Chan Monastery, Mount Lu, Jiangzhou: Youtan Pudu.
