阿鼻依正全處極聖之自心，身土毘盧不逾下凡之一念。智者云「豈離伽耶別求常寂光土？須知毘盧遮那遍一切處。」善觀心者，一切萬法唯心本具耳。

The insentient and sentient realms of Avīci entirely abide within the own-mind of the ultimate sage; the body and land of Vairocana do not exceed a single thought of an ordinary mortal below. Zhiyi said: 'How could one leave Gayā to seek elsewhere for the Land of Constant Quiescent Light? One must know that Vairocana pervades all places.' For one who contemplates the mind skillfully, all the myriad phenomena are fundamentally inherent in Mind-only.
