一、《大集經》云：「若人專念一方佛，或行或坐，至七七日，現身見佛，即得往生。」
The Mahāsaṃnipāta-sūtra says: "If a person single-mindedly concentrates on the Buddha of a single direction, whether walking or sitting, for seven times seven days, they will see the Buddha in this very body and immediately attain rebirth."
