弟子眾等次當懺悔意業罪。或起邪貪惡貪動身口意業，不可知數。或起邪瞋動身口意業，不可知數。或起邪癡顛倒惡見顛倒動身口意業，不可知數。或因意業造作身業十惡之罪，不簡凡聖六道眾生親疎人畜等眾生，不可知數。或故作、誤作、常作、無間作，自作、教他作、隨喜作。如是等意業罪無量無邊，今對道場凡聖發露懺悔，永盡無餘。總懺十惡罪竟，至心歸命阿彌陀佛。

"Next, we disciples and the assembly should repent the sins of mental karma. We may have given rise to deviant greed and evil greed, setting into motion bodily, verbal, and mental karma, in unknowable numbers. We may have given rise to deviant anger, setting into motion bodily, verbal, and mental karma, in unknowable numbers. We may have given rise to deviant ignorance, upside-down inverted evil views, setting into motion bodily, verbal, and mental karma, in unknowable numbers. Or, due to mental karma, we may have committed the sins of the ten unwholesome actions through physical actions, without distinction among ordinary or holy, sentient beings of the six paths, relatives or strangers, humans or animals, in unknowable numbers. We may have acted intentionally, acted by accident, acted constantly, or acted uninterruptedly; acted ourselves, taught others to act, or rejoiced in the act. Sins of mental karma such as these are measureless and boundless. Now, before the ordinary and holy beings of the bodhimaṇḍa, we reveal and repent them, eliminating them completely without remainder. Having completely repented the sins of the ten unwholesome actions, with utmost sincerity we take refuge in Amitābha Buddha."
