"May we be reborn, may we be reborn! / All of us take refuge. / Now on behalf of the donors and sentient beings, / We have already invited the whole-body relics and the adamantine fragments of the dharmadhātu of the ten directions; / Benefiting beings according to suitability, they divide their forms and respond like shadows. / Although their forms are divided into large and small, / Their divine transformation is of one kind, without difference: / The large resemble mountains and peaks, / While the small are like motes of mustard dust. / With sincere devotion to the end of life, we unite our minds to make offerings: / In the short term, receiving the retribution of humans and devas, wealth and joy will accompany our bodies for long kalpas; / In the long term, we attain the unborn state in the Pure Land, / And when the fruit is realized, the eternal bliss of nirvāṇa. / Again we pray that all assembled in the bodhimaṇḍa / Each unite your minds, / Holding fragrant flowers in hand to make constant offerings."
