1.187

歷劫已來懷嫉妬，我慢放逸由癡生，
恒以瞋恚毒害火，焚燒智慧慈善根。
今日思惟始惺悟，發大精進隨喜心。

Harbouring jealousy throughout past kalpas,
My arrogance and indulgence arose from ignorance;
Constantly with the fire of anger and malevolence,
I burned the roots of virtue of wisdom, loving-kindness, and compassion.
Only today, reflecting upon this, have I awakened;
I arouse a mind of great vigor and rejoicing.
