第六沙門善導願往生禮讚偈，謹依十六觀作，二十拜當日中時禮（懺悔同前後）。

The sixth: Verses of Worship and Praise for Rebirth by the Śramaṇa Shandao, reverently composed in accordance with the sixteen contemplations, for twenty prostrations to be practiced at midday (the repentance is the same as before and after).
