1.322

正坐跏趺入三昧，想心乘念至西方，
覩見彌陀極樂界，地上虛空七寶莊。
彌陀身量極無邊，重勸眾生觀小身，
丈六八尺隨機現，圓光化佛等前真。

Sitting upright in the cross-legged posture, one enters samādhi;
Carried on thought, the conceptual mind reaches the West.
One beholds Amitābha's realm of Sukhāvatī,
Adorned with the seven treasures on the ground and in empty space.
Amitābha's body is boundless to the utmost,
Yet he repeatedly urges sentient beings to contemplate his small body:
One rod six or eight feet tall, appearing according to capacity,
His halo and transformation Buddhas being equal to his true body before them.
