至心勸請。十方三世大慈尊，唯願常住莫涅槃，三界眾生迷未悟，如何早得見真源？將心逐心不自覺，妄執顛倒永沈淪。唯願慈尊哀受請，種種方便引群生。勸請已，至心歸命禮三寶。

With utmost mind, entreating: O Great Compassionate Honored Ones of the ten directions and the three times, we pray only that you ever abide and do not enter nirvāṇa! Sentient beings of the three realms are confused and have not awakened; how can they soon see the true source? Chasing the mind with the mind without realizing it, they falsely grasp and invert reality, forever sinking. We pray only that the Compassionate Honored Ones will pity and accept our entreaty, using various skillful means to guide all living beings. Having entreated, with utmost mind we take refuge and pay homage to the Triratna.
