南無東方阿閦如來十方無量佛等一切諸佛，已上七階依《藥王》、《藥上》經文次第，已下別明依餘部經等疏出。

Namo to the eastern Tathāgata Akṣobhya, the immeasurable Buddhas of the ten directions, and all other Buddhas. The above seven stages follow the sequence of the scriptures of the Bhaiṣajyarāja and Bhaiṣajyasamudgata [Sūtra]; the following are separately clarified and drawn from other scriptures.
