十方三世諸佛當證知。弟子某甲等，為一切眾生，觀一切三寶。為一切眾生，禮一切三寶。為一切眾生，供養一切三寶。為一切眾生，於一切三寶前行道。為一切眾生，於一切三寶懺悔。為一切作佛像，轉經供養眾僧，供養一切眾，行六波羅蜜，四攝四無量。一切行等已，集一切善根，以此善根，願令一切三塗眾生、一切貧窮眾生、一切生老病死眾生、一切獄囚繫閉眾生、一切破亡流徙眾生、一切不自在眾生、一切邪見顛倒眾生等，悉得離苦解脫，捨邪歸正發菩提心，永除三障，常見一切諸佛菩薩及善知識，恒聞正法，福智具足一時作佛。

May all Buddhas of the ten directions and the three times bear witness. Disciple [so-and-so] and others, for the sake of all sentient beings, contemplate all Triratna; for the sake of all sentient beings, pay homage to all Triratna; for the sake of all sentient beings, make offerings to all Triratna; for the sake of all sentient beings, circumambulate before all Triratna; for the sake of all sentient beings, repent before all Triratna; for the sake of all sentient beings, fashion Buddha images, chant scriptures and make offerings to the Sangha, make offerings to all beings, and practice the six pāramitās, the four embraceable actions, and the four immeasurables. Having accomplished all practices and the like, we gather all roots of goodness; by means of these roots of goodness, we vow that all sentient beings in the three evil paths, all impoverished sentient beings, all sentient beings subject to birth, old age, sickness, and death, all sentient beings bound in prison, all displaced and exiled sentient beings, all unfree sentient beings, and all sentient beings of wrong views and inversions, will all attain liberation from suffering, abandon the wrong and return to the correct, generate bodhicitta, forever eradicate the three obstacles, constantly see all Buddhas, bodhisattvas, and spiritual friends, perpetually hear the true Dharma, and being fully endowed with merit and wisdom, simultaneously become Buddhas.
