敬禮釋迦牟尼佛。
敬禮當來彌勒尊佛。
敬禮東方善德如來一切諸佛。
敬禮東南方無優德如來一切諸佛。
敬禮南方栴檀功德如來一切諸佛。
敬禮西南方寶施如來一切諸佛。
敬禮西方無量明如來一切諸佛。
敬禮西北方花德如來一切諸佛。
敬禮北方相德如來一切諸佛。
敬禮東北方三乘行如來一切諸佛。
敬禮上方廣眾德如來一切諸佛。
敬禮下方明德如來一切諸佛。
敬禮賢劫千佛千五百佛。
敬禮五百花首百億金剛藏佛。
敬禮三十五佛五十三佛。
敬禮過現未來三世諸佛。
敬禮舍利形像浮圖廟塔。
敬禮十二部尊經甚深法藏。
敬禮諸大菩薩一切賢聖。
為二十八天釋梵王等，敬禮常住三寶。
為諸龍神等風雨順時，敬禮常住三寶。
為過現諸師恒為導首，敬禮常住三寶。
為天皇天后聖化無窮，敬禮常住三寶。
為諸王公主文武百官，敬禮常住三寶。
為現存父母諸善知識，敬禮常住三寶。
為十方施主六度圓滿，敬禮常住三寶。
為此國過往諸人神生淨土，敬禮常住三寶。
為僧伽藍神并諸眷屬，敬禮常住三寶。
為四方寧靜兵甲休息，敬禮常住三寶。
為三塗八難受苦眾生，敬禮常住三寶。
為法界眾生永除三障，歸命懺悔。

Homage to Bhadraśrī Tathāgata of the eastern direction and all Buddhas.
Homage to Aśokaśrī Tathāgata of the southeastern direction and all Buddhas.
Homage to Candanapuṇya Tathāgata of the southern direction and all Buddhas.
Homage to Ratnaprada Tathāgata of the southwestern direction and all Buddhas.
Homage to Amitaprabhā Tathāgata of the western direction and all Buddhas.
Homage to Kusumaśrī Tathāgata of the northwestern direction and all Buddhas.
Homage to Lakṣaṇaśrī Tathāgata of the northern direction and all Buddhas.
Homage to Triyānacaryā Tathāgata of the northeastern direction and all Buddhas.
Homage to Vipulaguṇa Tathāgata of the zenith and all Buddhas.
Homage to Prabhāsaśrī Tathāgata of the nadir and all Buddhas.
Homage to the thousand Buddhas and the one thousand five hundred Buddhas of the Bhadrakalpa.
Homage to the five hundred Kusumaśīrṣa Buddhas and the ten billion Vajragarbha Buddhas.
Homage to the thirty-five Buddhas and the fifty-three Buddhas.
Homage to the Buddhas of the three times—past, present, and future.
Homage to the śarīra, images, and stūpa-shrines.
Homage to the profound Dharma-treasury of the twelve divisions of noble scriptures.
Homage to all the great Bodhisattvas and all noble ones and sages.
On behalf of the twenty-eight heavens, the Śakras, the Brahmā kings, and others, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of the nāgas, deities, and others, for the wind and rain to be timely, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of the masters of the past and present, that they may constantly be guiding leaders, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of the Heavenly Emperor and Heavenly Empress, that their sagely transforming influence may be endless, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of the princes, princesses, and all civil and military officials, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of living parents and all kalyāṇamitras, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of the dānapatis of the ten directions, that their six pāramitās may be perfected, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of the deceased spirits of all people of this realm, that they may be born in the Pure Land, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of the saṃghārāma guardian deities and their retinues, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of peace in the four directions and the cessation of weapons and armor, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of sentient beings suffering pain in the three wretched paths and the eight difficulties, we pay homage to the ever-abiding Triratna.
On behalf of the sentient beings of the dharmadhātu, that they may forever eradicate the three obstacles, we take refuge and make deśanā.
