至心歸命禮，西方極樂世界諸菩薩清淨大海眾。願共諸眾生，往生安樂國。
With wholehearted devotion I take refuge in and bow to the assembly of all bodhisattvas, pure like a great ocean, of Sukhāvatī in the West. May we, together with all sentient beings, attain rebirth in the Land of Peace and Bliss.
