2.20

三者無間修，所謂相續恭敬禮拜、稱名、讚歎、憶念、觀察、迴向、發願，心心相續，不以餘業來間，故名無間修。又不以貪瞋煩惱來間，隨犯隨懺，不令隔念隔時隔日，常使清淨，亦名無間修。畢命為期，誓不中止，即是長時修。

The third is uninterrupted cultivation: that is to say, continuously worshipping with reverence, reciting the name, praising, recollecting, contemplating, dedicating, and making vows, mind after mind in succession, without letting other karmas intervene; hence it is called uninterrupted cultivation. Furthermore, not letting the afflictions of greed and anger intervene, repenting as soon as one transgresses, not allowing it to separate into another thought, another hour, or another day, constantly keeping [the mind] pure—this is also called uninterrupted cultivation. Making the end of one's life the limit, vowing never to halt midway, this is long-term cultivation.
