觀音菩薩大慈悲，已得菩提捨不證，
一切五道內身中，六時觀察三輪應。
應現身光紫金色，相好威儀轉無極，
恒舒百億光王手，普接有緣歸本國。

Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva has great compassion; / Having already attained bodhi, he relinquishes it without realizing it [fully]. / Within all bodily forms across the five destinies, / In the six periods of the day he contemplates and responds with the three wheels. / His manifested bodily radiance is of purple-golden colour; / His marks, signs, and dignified deportment turn boundlessly. / He constantly extends his light-king hands in their billions, / Universally receiving those with affinity to return to their home country.
