至心歸命禮，西方阿彌陀佛，觀音勢至諸菩薩，清淨大海眾。願共諸眾生，往生安樂國。
With sincere mind we take refuge and pay homage to: Amitābha Buddha of the western direction, Avalokiteśvara, Mahāsthāmaprāpta, all the Bodhisattvas, and the pure great-ocean assembly. May we, together with all sentient beings, be reborn in the Land of Peace and Joy.
