南無西方極樂世界觀世音菩薩。願共眾生咸歸命，故我頂禮生彼國。
Namo to Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara in the Western Realm, the Land of Utmost Bliss. I vow, together with all sentient beings, to take refuge; therefore I prostrate and aspire to be born in that land.
