2.27

如是我聞一時佛（道場樂），住在王舍靈鷲山（道場樂），
菩薩聲聞并八部（道場樂），地動天華非一般（道場樂），
此是諸佛生己相（道場樂），文殊為說宿因緣（道場樂），
毫光遍照咸生怪（道場樂），定說經名妙法蓮（道場樂），
大眾齊修淨土業（道場樂），手執香華往西方（道場樂）。

Thus have I heard: at one time the Buddha (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody)
Was dwelling in Rājagṛha on Vulture Peak (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody),
With bodhisattvas, śrāvakas, and the eight classes (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody).
The earth quaked and heavenly flowers fell, no ordinary sight (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody);
This was a sign manifested by the Buddhas (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody),
As Mañjuśrī expounded their past causes and conditions (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody).
A ray of white light shone everywhere, and all were astonished (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody),
He would surely preach the sūtra named the Lotus of the Wondrous Dharma (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody).
May the great assembly cultivate the Pure Land karma together (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody),
Holding incense and flowers in hand, go to the Western realm (Bodhimaṇḍa Melody)!
