一心奉請南無極樂世界大勢至菩薩摩訶薩。（想此菩薩坐蓮華座，侍佛右邊，亦如觀音不異。）
With singlemindedness I reverently invoke: namo Mahāsthāmaprāpta Bodhisattva Mahāsattva of Sukhāvatī. (Visualize this bodhisattva seated upon a lotus throne, attending to the Buddha's right side, also no different from Avalokiteśvara.)
