1.79

我比丘（某甲）至心迴向，所有禮讚供養福，請佛住世轉法輪，隨喜懺悔諸善根，迴向眾生及佛道。（迴向已，歸命禮阿彌陀佛及一切三寶。）

"I, the monk [so-and-so], with utmost sincerity dedicate: / All the merit from prostrating, praising, and offering, / entreating the Buddhas to dwell in the world and turn the Dharma-wheel, / and all roots of goodness from rejoicing and kṣamā, / I dedicate to sentient beings and the Buddha-Way." / (Having dedicated, take refuge and bow to Amitābha Buddha and all the Three Jewels.)
