雪峯到參，師問：「從甚處來？」云：「天台來。」師曰：「見智者否？」云：「義存喫鐵棒有分。」

Xuefeng arrived to study. The Master asked, "Where have you come from?" He said, "From Tiantai." The Master said, "Did you see Zhiyi?" He said, "Yicun deserves to receive an iron staff."
