寶鏡流光，名重千古，分五位君臣，立偏正回互。空生滅影，見離微端，水晶盤走，夜光之珠，瑠璃海產，珊瑚之樹，弘宗一線，斷而復續。芙蓉丹霞，東谷南谷，靜慧妙悟，白雲獨步，法流海東，兒孫四布。

The precious mirror radiates light, its renown revered through a thousand ages, / Dividing the five ranks of lord and minister, establishing the interweaving of the biased and the right. / Void arises and vanishes as a shadow, manifesting the subtle edge of transcendence; / A night-shining pearl rolling in a crystal dish, / A coral tree produced in a lapis-lazuli sea. / The single thread of the vast tradition, broken and then rejoined: / Furong and Danxia, East Valley and South Valley, / Jinghui and Miaowu, Baiyun walking alone. / The Dharma-stream flows east across the sea, its descendants scattered everywhere.
