僧問：「和尚出世幾人肯？」師曰：「竝無一人肯。」云：「為甚麼竝無一人肯？」師曰：「為箇箇氣宇如王。」
A monk asked: "When the upādhyāya appears in the world, how many people approve?" The Master said: "Not a single person approves at all." [The monk] said: "Why does not a single person approve at all?" The Master said: "Because each one has a bearing like a king."
