When a śramaṇa takes food, there are three kinds of falls: acting as a water buffalo is the śramaṇa's fall; not accepting food is the fall of the noble; not severing sound and form is the fall of following kinds. As for just falling, whose sphere is it? (If you wish to know, it is entering among different kinds, not acknowledging matters on the śramaṇa's side. Therefore, the ancients temporarily borrowed the water buffalo as a different kind; it is merely a different kind in terms of phenomena, not a different kind in words.)
