He cited: "Baoci's verse in praise of Longya says, 'The sun rises connecting the mountains; the moon is full facing the door. It is not that it has no body, but that it does not wish to reveal it fully.' A monk asked, 'Please, Master, reveal it fully.' Longya pulled open the curtain and said, 'Do you see?' The monk said, 'I do not see.' Longya said, 'Bring your eyes here!' Later Baoci heard this related and said, 'Longya only said half of it.'" The Master had a monk cite it, [saying,] "I will speak for you." That monk then cited it. The Master said, "I wouldn't mind speaking for you."
