師或云：「日裏來往日裏辨人，忽然中夜教取箇物來未曾到處，作麼生取？」代云：「瞞却多少人。」

The Master once said, "Going and coming in the daylight, discerning people in the daylight—if suddenly at midnight you are told to fetch an object from a place you have never visited, how do you fetch it?" Answering on their behalf, he said, "Deceiving how many people!"
