師問僧：「轉《金剛經》那？」云：「是。」師云：「一切法即非一切法，是名一切法。」乃拈扇子云：「喚作扇子，是名拈也。在什麼處，從朝至暮顛倒妄想作麼？」

The Master asked a monk, "Are you reciting the Diamond Sūtra?" He said, "Yes." The Master said, "'All dharmas are not all dharmas; therefore they are called all dharmas.'" He then picked up a fan and said, "Calling it a fan is called 'picking up'. Where is it? From morning to night, what are you doing with your inverted delusions?"
