The Master once said, "Do you want to know the Patriarch?" Pointing with his staff, he said, "The Patriarch is leaping about atop your heads. Do you want to know the Patriarch's eyes? They are beneath your heels." He also said, "This is food and drink sacrificed to ghosts and spirits. Even though it is like this, ghosts and spirits are never satisfied."
