Seeing is Aniruddha; / Distinctly, not a single thing exists. / The great earth, mountains, and rivers / Proclaim the pāramitās. / Hearing is Upananda; / When sound penetrates, nothing exceeds it. / Far and near are comprehended at once, / No longer chanting mahā. / Fragrance is the Gaṅgā maiden; / Her compassionate mind is especially universal. / Knowing both pure and defiled completely, / She is this very mother of self and others. / Taste is Gavāmpati; / Sweet and bitter are commonly spoken of. / Entering the mouth, it distinguishes sour and acrid, / Just like the moon high in the sky. / Touch is Śūnyatā; / Good and evil are completely harmonized. / Applying ointment or carving flesh without anger or joy, / This very one is Amitābha. / Mind is Mahākāśyapa; / Vairocana shares the same one Dharma. / In the dark chamber, it is clearly distinguished; / The branches and offshoots form a thousand flowers and leaves.
