3.59

晃晃圓珠表裏明，長居塵世不彰形，觸物用光光不盡，應緣照世世無生。常皎潔，體無瑕，隨機引接稱僧家，貧苦之人常濟拔，賢豪之類助英華。不居地，不居天，毘盧藏裏解方圓，有意搜求終不見，無心燭物照寧偏？衣中寶，用無邊，斯多曾獻祖師前，瓔珞親傳密多手，西乾東土化人天。如今得，不須慳，大悲展手施心寬，饒益解行方便慧，利他自利悉周圓。

Brilliant and bright, the round pearl is luminous inside and out, / dwelling perpetually in the dusty world without revealing its form. / In contacting things it employs light, and its light is never exhausted; / responding to conditions it illuminates the world, and the world is unborn. / Ever pure and spotless, its substance has no flaw; / meeting the capacity of beings to receive them, it suits the Sangha's home. / The poor and destitute it ever delivers and rescues; / the worthy and heroic it aids in their brilliance. / It resides not on earth, it resides not in heaven; / within Vairocana’s treasury it understands both square and round. / Seeking it with intention, one never finds it in the end; / illuminating things without mind, how could its radiance be biased? / The jewel within the garment has boundless function; / Suda once offered it before the ancestral master. / Transmitted directly into Mitra's hands as a necklace, / it transformed humans and devas throughout the Western Heaven and the Eastern Land. / Attaining it today, one must not be stingy; / extending hands with great compassion, bestow it with a broad mind. / Benefiting through understanding and practice with the wisdom of expedient means, / benefiting others and benefiting oneself are all fully rounded out.
