Ascending the hall, [the Master] said, "Clouds envelop the jade sky; mist spreads across the vast void. Dew condenses into pearls; frost flies as leaves fall. The sun and moon are ever bright; heaven and earth are brilliantly radiant. The human mind is not obscured; classes of things are not constrained. Autumn departs and spring arrives; warmth and harmony accord with the seasons. If you understand here, you will not lose the mysterious tone; if you do not discern it now, what further time will you await?"
