當年西祖曾留下，今日蒙師特惠來，覩物思人孰知我，月明著上妙高臺。

In that former year, the Western Patriarch left them behind; / today I receive the Master's special bestowal. / Seeing the object and thinking of the person, who knows me? / Under the bright moon, I wear them onto the wondrously high terrace.
