昨夜西風激怒濤，驚飜舊事沒絲毫，凭欄笑罷思量著，
望斷長天月色高。

Last night the west wind whipped up angry waves; / Startled, past affairs vanished without a trace. / Leaning on the railing, laughing and done with pondering, / Gazing into the distance of the vast sky, the moon shines high.
