Ascending the hall, he said: "Of the year only this month remains, yet the way of Heaven has not yet brought down snow. I report to the dragon spirits of the three realms, each to relay the word to one another: let silver be spread over the entire heaven and entire earth, for it must be timely and in season! Furthermore, I hope the great assembly will be compassionate and recite for Samantabhadra Bodhisattva. Ultimately, how is it? Mahāsattva!"
