太平專使至，上堂云：「萬里無雲點太清，祖天日月自分明，太平不許將軍見，却許將軍建太平。」

The special envoy from Taiping arrived. Ascending the hall, the Master said: “Ten thousand leagues without a cloud specking the great clarity; / In the ancestral sky, the sun and moon are naturally bright and clear. / Taiping does not permit the general to see; / Yet it permits the general to establish great peace.”
