病來又病皮黏骨，抖擻起來無一物，行不成步語聲低，
鼻孔依前空突兀。

Illness after illness, skin clings to bone; / Shaking myself up, not a single thing exists. / Walking, I cannot make steps; my voice is low; / The nostrils, as before, stick out empty and prominent.
