Ascending the hall on the occasion of a vegetarian feast, he said: / "Neither cold nor warm, we delight in the spring outing; / Men and women pour their hearts into building merits for the afterlife. / One spontaneously perceives a lifetime to be like an illusion or a dream, / Only then knowing a hundred years are like floating bubbles. / Where the cuckoo cries is the true message; / When the peonies bloom, the wild spirit is deep and secluded. / Who can understand this lineage style? / In vain the hair of youth turns white."
