或云：「交鋒兩刃，要定生死，彼此無傷，功勳不立，作麼生是將軍正令？」代云：「到即不點。」

Or he would say: "When two blades cross, life and death must be decided. If neither is injured, no merit is established. What is the general's proper command?" Speaking on their behalf, he said: "When it arrives, do not call roll."
