寥寥雄機，落落虛宇，本之不兆，傳之奚取。取既有規，規還倫古，凝明孤寬，垂應萬端。海蚌光絕，天珠影殘，南來北來，玄眸可觀。

Desolate is the grand mechanism, / vast is the empty universe. / If its root does not show omens, / how can transmission grasp it? / Grasping having a model, / the model again equals antiquity. / Congealed brightness, solitary and vast, / extending responses to ten thousand matters. / The sea clam's light is extinguished; / the heavenly pearl's shadow fades. / Coming from the south or coming from the north, / dark eyes can behold it.
